Have Your Voice Heard!
In order to deploy strategies that most effectively improve Cradle to Career Outcomes and serve the community, the Partnership seeks to hear directly from community members on their insights, perspectives, and experiences related to these outcomes. The initiatives that are currently gathering community voice are listed below. Click on each initiative below to see if you qualify and to sign up to have your voice heard!
Only 64% of youth ages 18-24 in Adams County are making a wage that allows them to support their basic needs. On behalf of Adams County Government, and key community stakeholders, we are looking to talk to young adults ages 16-24, parents of this group, employers, and community organization staff about their experience with youth employment. There are an estimated 700 youth, ages 16-24, in Broomfield who are not employed and not enrolled in school. Commonly referred to as Opportunity Youth, this population faces many obstacles to employment and self-sufficiency. On behalf of the City and County of Broomfield, we are looking to talk to young adults ages 16-24, and their parents, about their experience with youth employment. Learn more and sign up here!
The Partnership is currently training a new interviewer to become credentialed through the Market Research Society! In order for her to become certified as a Digital Interviewer, she must complete a series of practice interviews. We are currently looking for young adults ages 14-24 to serve as respondents in these practice interviews as part of her training. Email email@example.com if you are interested.
