Who We Are

Board of Directors

Given that RMC2C is not a traditional nonprofit, but rather a Partnership that consists of cross-sector partners who have all committed to working together to improve outcomes for youth, our governance structure is unique. We have a Board of Directors, who work to raise funds to sustain operations, guide the work of the staff, and play the central role in sustaining community-wide leadership commitment to this movement. The Board of Directors works in tandem with RMC2C’s Community Leaders Council to ensure that there is staff in place to provide data capacity needed to focus on outcomes, neutral facilitation, and project management to support shared efforts.
